Summary:

It's 2024 and just months away from the release of the first Day6 album in years when Sungjin confesses a major secret to Brian: his girlfriend is pregnant, and no one else knows. If that wasn't enough to worry about, Jae is coming back to participate in the album—a decision Brian did not agree with. And on top of that, Junhyeok goes and gets a judge to cancel his NDA with JYPE.

And if all that wasn't bad enough, Brian has the worst writer's block of his life.

It should be a memorable comeback, at least.

A/N: This was, in some ways, my break-up love letter to Day6. I still love them but I love what they were more, and exploring that feeling through fiction gave me a little bit of catharsis. I just managed to finish this in 2023!

man, i'm not even a day6 fan, but this is SO good! i love industry commentary and gen stuff and i really enjoyed reading :)
